When LIT Ignites, Transformation begins.
Join us for our first Workforce Task Force Session of 2026 on Thursday, April 9, 2026 (PST).
Carina Solis, Community Affairs Representative at TriMet, will present a session examining how practical project management tools can strengthen equity-centered engagement initiatives. Participants will learn how structured planning frameworks, stakeholder mapping, RACI models, timelines, and performance dashboards can improve coordination, enhance transparency, and ensure that community input meaningfully informs decision-making.
The discussion will also explore how intentional planning and data tracking serve as forms of stewardship, supporting responsible leadership, clearer accountability, and stronger collaboration across departments. Designed for project managers, planners, public sector staff, and agency leaders, this session provides actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately to improve internal alignment and deliver more equitable, community-centered transit outcomes.
