Workforce Development Task Force
The Latinos In Transit Workforce Development Task Force (LITWDTF)
LIT's Avanzando Workforce Development Task Force (LITWDTF) is dedicated to building a strong pipeline of skilled professionals who will drive innovation and growth in the transit industry through mentorship, networking, professional development, research, and collaboration. Whether you're a member or not, you can benefit from this initiative! Members can apply to be paired with a mentor in a structured 12-month program, while non-members can download the mentorship guide to implement their own mentorship journey. LIT is also here to help with job preparation—send us your resume, and we’ll provide feedback to get you interview-ready. Plus, stay tuned for ongoing workforce development trainings covering industry-specific and career growth topics. No matter where you are in your journey, LIT is here to support you.
