Established in 2024, the LIT Workforce Development Task Force aims to bridge the gap in Latino and minority representation within the public transportation workforce, an area already facing significant challenges. The Task Force provides quarterly trainings, a mentorship program, and job preparation assistance to all LIT members.

For non-members, the Mentorship Program Guide is available as a public resource, offering guidance on mentoring within transit agencies.
